Janette greeted us really quickly and was able to assess our sleep styles within 5 mins of entering the store. She quickly took us round each suitable mattress and seemed to know to back off to let us talk amongst ourselves about price etc. Just the right balance of attentiveness. Providing colouring sheets for the boys was appreciated, as was the bottle of water.

The range of products on display was great. I had been looking on line for an adjustable bed and I was made to feel very welcome to try the product out fully. Jonathan was very friendly and understanding of my needs and my disability requirements for an adjustable bed
