We were welcomed upon entering the store and asked if needed any help, as soon as mentioned wanting a new mattress, I was taken to the scanning system. The member of staff was friendly and helpful, finding the correct pillow and telling me about the different options that the machine had recommended. She was helpful in choosing a mattress and made the ordering process easy

Staff were very knowledgeable informative and friendly. I never felt that I was rushed was given plenty of time to try out the products

Very helpful,knew product knowledge, Was a pleasure to come to a store where you were given answers to all our questions then we were left to make our own minds up,and not stood on top of us so we felt no pressure.
