Really quick service with time taken to explain everything and make sure we were happy at all stages. Service wasn’t pushy and Steph was very patient as we deliberated over products.

We were welcomed upon entering the store and asked if needed any help, as soon as mentioned wanting a new mattress, I was taken to the scanning system. The member of staff was friendly and helpful, finding the correct pillow and telling me about the different options that the machine had recommended. She was helpful in choosing a mattress and made the ordering process easy

Been to furniture village no one provided any help as soon as we walked into dreams an assistant helped us to find the right product. This is why we bought a bed from your store. The assistant was helpful and knowledgeable helped us find the right produce for us
