Dani who served us in the store was fantastic. I went into the store just to see what was available not expecting to spend £2000 on a new bed package. Dani took her time to demonstrate the sleep machine which clearly showed me why I am having so much discomfort in my lower back and shoulders and then using the available options showed me what my options were. Dani was also very patient with my dad and I as my dad is very hard of hearing so the respect she showed me dad was brilliant - person centred care at its best, at my request she knew how important it was that she lowered her facemask so he could lip read - clearly for Dani this was not a problem! Then there is product knowledge, Dani helped me set up everything for what I hope to be my dream bed purchase which I hope to solve my ongoing lower back issues and shoulder issues - Dani demonstrated excellent skills and knowledge by ensuring I was placed in my "sleep position" which I found was very helpful to assist with my purchase.
