Today at Team Valley Dreams store I had Dani who supported my partner and I on our first shopping experience together during the Covid pandemic. Dani instilled confidence in my partner and I through her wealth of knowledge and easy-going personality. Not at one stage did I feel pressured or forced to purchase anything. Dani is a true professional by taking the time to understand our needs and wants whilst being relatable by sharing her experiences of Australia with myself being Australian. As a result of her valuable customer service I felt comfortable in listening and taking on her advice on the best solutions that Dreams offer when looking at purchasing a new bed and mattress. Despite not being the most easiest customer to acquire a sale from, Dani assured me that she'll try her very best to work with budget and what Dreams can offer my partner and I.
