Dreams - Gateshead

From the moment we walked in the store we were looked after by a very helpful and knowledgeable gentleman called Drew. There was not high pressure sales( to which I don’t respond), just information and help. We were allowed to take as much time as we wanted and try any beds. The other members of staff were very polite and friendly too. A relaxing experience.

Jonathan asked me if I needed assistance after around a few minutes of entering the store, he was very courteous and friendly and showed a great understanding of your products, of which I knew nothing, he took time to explain to me the various benefits of each type of product you have and which might be best suite for me from the information that I had given him. He spent much time with me as it was my first time shopping for a mattress also, until we eventually found the mattress I wanted, excellent customer care and explained all products available, very patient and helpful. could not be more happy with my day at your store. By the end I am 100 percent sure I have the best mattress for me, I am very happy!

No pushy sales staff. But very knowledgeable and happy to help and also happy to let me browse with no hurry to commit to a sale.

Staff member Sue offered assistance promptly and was friendly and efficient in dealing with my order.

From the minute I walked into the shop I was approached by a friendly sales staff who showed me round the range of beds that would be suited for my needs with good information on the different options if I needed.

We were greeted in a pleasant and friendly manner. Our needs were discussed and we tested the "Magic" bed to assess our requirements. Jonathan (sales assistant) was excellent through-out the process, showing us all the relevant mattresses and accessories. He wasn't pushy and allowed us to make up our own minds. He was very knowledgeable and helpful

Jonny was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the type of bed & mattress that I was offered. He was very attentive to my needs and explained the quote in detail. All of the staff were very friendly. I did go on to look in another 2 stores after my visit to Dreams, but it both stores no help or advice was given. Jonny and the other staff were outstanding compared to the other shops one of of which I would have thought would have been a major competitor, but certainly do not focus on customer service.

Product we wanted on display. The assistant brought the bed and colour we wanted on screen, showing different angles of the bed...He informed us of offers that we're available with the bed also of delivery time and date...The assistant also informed us both of building the frame and taking the old bed frame away....Great service
