I liked the fact that we were advised of mattresses that were best for our individual needs. Jeanette was brilliant, very knowledgeable and friendly. I was impressed that we get our old items removed too. And the coffee was lovely.

the assistant was very understanding and helpful and wasn't pushy as we had experienced in other stores
