We came into dreams to look for a bed for our new house and a mattress. We were welcomed by Jeanette, who couldn’t have been more friendly, kind or welcoming. She helped us with every aspect of our purchase and suggested we used the mattress machine To analyse the best mattress for us. She was super knowledge but not overly salesly and she gave us plenty of time to decide on the best option for us! She offered us refreshments throughout the visit and also helped us to pre schedule our delivery for our move in date of November. We weren’t sure what mattress we needed, I have back pain from my pregnancy so wasn’t sure which mattress would help. Andria was very helpful and understood what we needed.

Greeted almost immediately on entering the store and invited to use the mattress matcher which was weird but felt very reassuring that we were getting the best advice possible. Then shown the selection of mattresses which were suitable for us. We weren't rushed or hurried, the lady gave us plenty of time and took us back to the mattress we preferred and allowed us to test it again. Once we had decided, it was quick and simple to place or order and sort out the delivery date. We were even offered refreshments. A very pleasant experience resulting in buying a mattress, hopefully to be comfortable for the next few years

Good choice of products and several price ranges. The young lady who served me was extremely pleasant and knew her stuff inside out. Also a very nice coffee at her desk while doing invoice.
