Staff (Andrew) very friendly (but not over the top!), knowledgeable and took time to understand my requirements.

We were given the time and attention to choose the right bed for us.

We were attended to by Dani, who was very helpful during the process of choosing our new bed and mattress. Dani to the time to explain all the options available to us to help make the right choices.

The staff couldnt be faulted from the level of knowledge to the helpfulness, competitive prices down to their patience and being kind an courteous, i wud highly recommend this store n staff

Pleasant and knowledgeable staff gave undivided attention and plenty of time to try various beds/mattresses and explained clearly the pros and cons of each. Nice clean store with friendly feel.

Attention to detail of listening to my needs. I was with my daughter who purchased items also. The sales person spent a lot of time with us.

Jonathan was friendly, but not overbearing. He helped us to find the type of bed we were looking for and gave us time and space to look and discuss between ourselves. Friendly, professional and helpful.

The girl who served me was fantastic. So knowledgeable and friendly. I needed a new mattress as I had just left an abusive relationship and she was so understanding of what I needed and why. I had never shopped for a mattress before and was apprehensive making such a big purchase but I felt entirely at ease and even enjoyed the whole process!
