The assistance I received in store was great. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgable. With this being a bed for the first house I was a bit nervous and did not know what to expect but I felt vert comfortable in this store.

On arrival, we were immediately greeted by Steph, who offered assistance, but was not over zealous. We explained our requirements and she could not have been more helpful. Her product knowledge was superb and she was extremely patient, courteous and professional.
