From the minute we arrived we were very well looked after. The store is nice and bright and the layout easy to walk around and remain socially distanced. The sales assistant's expertise was evident from the outset, Steph listened and was able to talk about and demonstrate a range of both sofa beds and beds. We were offered a bottle of water and even a coffee and overall, it was a very pleasant shopping experience, something that has been sorely lacking since Covid19 which some retailers have used as an excuse for poor service!

The assistance I received in store was great. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgable. With this being a bed for the first house I was a bit nervous and did not know what to expect but I felt vert comfortable in this store.
