Steph at the Team Valley store greeted us when we arrived. She encouraged us to freely use the hand sanitizer and then asked how she could help. We never felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase. We then decided on the conroy mattress and steph took us to sit down and go through finer details. She offered us a delicious coffee while we sorted delivery which was quite flexible and then payment. She was extremely helpful to us.
