Dreams - Gateshead

This was a return visit to Dreams as we had previously purchased a king size bed and mattress and were very highly satisfied with everything from start to finish. This time round everything was even better. ZOE looked after us and met our needs and was excellent.

We got exactly what we wanted with good service

The customer service provided by Jonathan was outstanding. He was incredibly knowledgeable and was very patient in answering a wide range of questions. Having no previous experience of Dreams, we were not sure about whether we would make a purchase before entering. However, Jonathan's time and expertise convinced us to purchase the product. There was no pressure to purchase and he was unbiased in his advice. An excellent experience

Highly attentive staff who are knowledgeable and friendly. Especially Sue, who greeted us when we entered the store and processed our order quickly and efficiently.

From walking in the door, the experience was quick and professional. Drew was very knowledgeable and professional. The experience was painless and quick. We we’re recommended the shop by my brother who had bought a mattress a few weeks before.

Andrew was incredibly helpful advising us on a new mattress. We had a small child with us who wanted to run around the store, which he dealt with very well as my husband and I took turns testing mattresses. He also happily gave our little girl her own pillow and a leaflet to read to let her be involved. My husband and I walked out of the store trying to work out if we had ever had customer service as good as this in a retail environment which we have since decided we definitely haven’t.

Lovely bright & airy store. Greeted on arrival by Dani a lovely friendly lady that was bright & polite. Her personality went beyond well mannered, Dani is warm & has a lovely sales manner. All the staff are well presented & friendly.
