My own misconception of what I was looking for and the cost of what I needed were delt with expertly by sue who took us through a wide range of mattresses that I hadn't even heard of.

Sue, who served us, was extremely helpful right from the start and was able to give us excellent advice on the range of beds available and how to choose the right one for us, she spent quite a lot of time with us and was able to answer all of our questions and was very knowledgable and helpful. The only thing we were not happy about was having to wait so long for the bed to be delivered, otherwise, we were very happy with the staff, the shop, and the products.
