Dani was knowledgeable and listened. Following the assessment 3 minutes only but the best thing by far that we have experienced - she narrowed down the choices available. pointed out the strengths of the various options and gave us time to discuss prior to our selection. She was courteous and hospitable offering coffee and water. She arranged delivery date to suit us. Discussed financial options and agreed with how we wished to proceed.

Normally I'd avoid sales staff, but Sue filtered out all the mattresses that weren't suitable for us so made our shopping experience much more efficient.
