The Gateshead store is the dreams store we visited. It was very clean and the staff were very friendly. We were greated by a lovely lady named janette who was very help throughout. She was very knowledgeable on the products and did not make us feel pressured into buying anything. We were shown around the different products and tried out the recommended mattresses. Nothing was rushed which is great when making the decision of what bed and mattress to get. We were even offered a refreshment which is always a nice touch . I haven’t received my order yet as it was only placed yesterday but on the customer service we received alone I would 100% recommend dreams to family and friends

The choice of bedding , the different price ranges , have been in other stores were they only had the most expensive top of the range mattresses to try and Dreams had a wide range which I feel is so much better for customers. The price of the mattress was great and it was very comfy: Delivery times good

Dani was knowledgeable and listened. Following the assessment 3 minutes only but the best thing by far that we have experienced - she narrowed down the choices available. pointed out the strengths of the various options and gave us time to discuss prior to our selection. She was courteous and hospitable offering coffee and water. She arranged delivery date to suit us. Discussed financial options and agreed with how we wished to proceed.
