Dreams - Gateshead

The assistant Jonathan was so helpful but not pushy, if he had been over zealous I would have left store as I don’t like that. He gave us good advice and was knowledgeable regarding the items we were interested in And then left us to browse and have time to think about a purchase. I thought he came across as honest and felt he had our interests at heart.

We wanted to find a mattress that would support both of us. Our old mattress is giving us both problems with hip.and shoulder. The automatic profiling system suggested different types and brands off mattress across different price ranges. We were able to try out each type.of mattress and could feel the differences. Our assistant was knowledgable about the products which was helpful and she helped us select a good mattress for us.. She took our order quickly and efficiently.

The Gateshead store is the dreams store we visited. It was very clean and the staff were very friendly. We were greated by a lovely lady named janette who was very help throughout. She was very knowledgeable on the products and did not make us feel pressured into buying anything. We were shown around the different products and tried out the recommended mattresses. Nothing was rushed which is great when making the decision of what bed and mattress to get. We were even offered a refreshment which is always a nice touch . I haven’t received my order yet as it was only placed yesterday but on the customer service we received alone I would 100% recommend dreams to family and friends
