Danielle was really welcoming from entering the store. I have to admit I thought the sleep test bed would be embarrassing but she set it up and left my partner and I to go through the process. She put our safety first with providing coverings for pillows and on beds. Danielle was also extremely knowledgeable about the range of beds that would suit and didn't push us towards the most expensive products (though did recommend them). We were offered refreshments a few times whilst we were there. I've already recommended a friend to your store based on yesterday's experience.

From the moment we entered the store Dani was welcoming, friendly and helpful. She helped us find the right bed for us that was cooling for my partner and anti allergy for me. And we now also have the best pillows we've ever owned. Couldn't thank Dani enough.

The assistant Jonathan was so helpful but not pushy, if he had been over zealous I would have left store as I don’t like that. He gave us good advice and was knowledgeable regarding the items we were interested in And then left us to browse and have time to think about a purchase. I thought he came across as honest and felt he had our interests at heart.
