Assistant dealing with us knew her products well and was very patient with us while we ensured both myself and my husband were satisfied with our choice even making us a cup of tea while we decided. At no time did we feel pressured into making a purchase.

Danielle was really welcoming from entering the store. I have to admit I thought the sleep test bed would be embarrassing but she set it up and left my partner and I to go through the process. She put our safety first with providing coverings for pillows and on beds. Danielle was also extremely knowledgeable about the range of beds that would suit and didn't push us towards the most expensive products (though did recommend them). We were offered refreshments a few times whilst we were there. I've already recommended a friend to your store based on yesterday's experience.
