Dreams - Gateshead

From the moment I walked in the door I felt listened to and my needs understood. Sue was very supportive and didn’t push any product but informative. She took her time and didn’t make me feel rushed or pressured.

Drew was very knowledgeable and helpful. He even recommended a mattress for our son who wasn't with us who came on the second visit, did the sleep computer thing and was recommended the mattress drew had suggested. Very efficient too as it was z very large order.

We made an online appointment and was greeted by a smiling Sue. She was very well prepared and showed us the item we were interested in. The item used to be in store and Sue apologised that we could not see it. Sue made up for that, we asked many questions and she was never flummoxed, truly a knowledgeable sales person. Zoe our salesperson was attentive knowledgeable and friendly she listened to our needs and met them, she also seemed to thoroughly enjoy her job and was proud to be good at it

Staff helpful friendly and knowledgeable

I visited the team valley store in Gateshead. I was dealt with by the sales assistant called Jess, she was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable about the products and we didn’t feel any pressure to purchase on the day. Her customer service was excellent.

Staff were friendly and very helpful we dealt with Jessica, Danielle and Greg and all of them could not do enough to help us and we felt very confident in the information they were able to provide and the efforts they made to ensure were happy.
