Dani who looked after me was absolutely excellent, knowledgeable, bubbly and very engaging. Quite often sales assistants seem to hate their jobs, Dani was full of fun and made purchasing a bed very easy.

I chatted with Dani. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. I believe she had my interest at heart and found the best bed and mattress for me at a good price.

Knowledge of staff, their ability to understand what it was I wanted and my particular needs in relation to long term injuries and select the best suitable mattress and bed.

As soon as we walked in the store we were greeted with a friendly smile. We got onto the bed robot which told us what bed was appropriate for our sleeping positions. This made it easier to choice a mattress. Very helpful staff.

Drew, at the gateshead store was really friendly but professional. He talked me through the process of the 3 minute evaluation and discussed my needs. He really listened to what I had to say and my current issues with my bed and things I liked about beds in store. He gave me time to go between beds and see what felt best for me before deciding which one to purchase. He didn't rush me and was friendly and helpful from the start.

Kind people. Offered drinks and made me feel welcome

We were shopping on the 15/5/22 on team valley, we were late into the shop. It was not a bother for any of the assistants that we were late. They were friendly, jovial and helped us straight away. We had our impatient four year old with us and nothing was a bother for them! Thank you Drew!

Andrew, was very knowledgeable and listened to our needs, suggesting we utilised the sleep tester mattress (sorry can't remember the name) which was useful. He gave us pillows to use when we were trying out mattresses and explained the 40 day trial. All in all a successful trip. 😊

Andrew met us as we were coming in listened to our requirements, gave helpful suggestions and processed our order must efficiently.
