Visited with a specific product and budget in mind. The sales person (james at Fulham store) acknowledged us immediately, listened and got us what we required promptly with ease

We visited the Fulham store and Ricardo who I had spoken to on the telephone before was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and had all the answers. If only are store staff were like this. He really was extremely welcoming and eager to help so for that I give him 10/10. Our mattress is being made so I can not comment on that at the moment but would be pleased to once I have slept on it inApril when it arrives!

Riccardo was friendly, welcoming and very knowledgable. He had expert knowledge and recommendations to fit our brief and was able to offer an in store discount to match online deals.

When I went to store very friendly customer service I got it when I ask assistant I need this this and looking for this prices if I can get it he help me to get it in my beget. I am very happy for my visit to Dreams. That’s why I like Dreams.

We attended Wandsworth Bridge store on sunday 16th January in the afternoon. On entry to the store we were greeted by Jerome who made his presence known, stepping away from his desk to approach us (at distance), introduced himself and offered assistance. My family and I continued to browse around (with a 4 year old taking full advantage of the space and beds available). I appreciate that he was watchful and inquisitive to intervene and offer assistance when we needed. Basically closeby, but not pressuring or lurking. Excellent advice on the beds shortlisted and an efficient placement of order. Very professional. Please thank Jerome for the experience, we would return to the store on this merit alone and looking forward to receiving our bed in due course. Thanks

Very nice staff.

We received great assistance. The shop as empty, but just after we arrived several other customers entered the shop, however we still received all the help we needed while staff skilfully managed other customers
