Customer service was great. James at the Fulham shop took his time to give me expert advice, made suggestions and came up with the best solution. It was a very positive experience, as I did not have to wait, felt I was listened to and enjoyed a friendly chat.

Jerome at the Fulham branch was Extremely polite, attentive, patient and Knowledgeable. He introduced us to the sleep machine and I found my perfect mattress on the pick!. He was extremely patient as we went through the process of applying for finance and even more so when we came back the very next day to change and add to our order.
