The Store Manger was very knowledgeable and helpful. He listened, understood our needs and advised on the options.

The member of staff was knowledgeable and happy to help he analysed our requirements and recommended appropriate beds. We did not feel the member of staff was being pushy to make a sale but was just thoroughly helpful.

The staff member who assisted us, Havina from Dreams in Wandsworth Bridge was extremely knowledgeable, kind, helpful and committed to making our experience the best. I have not experienced such a high standard of customer service in a very long time from any other company. I would highly recommend friends and family to visit that particular store and see her if they required a product as her experience and knowledge was so very helpful for us to choose our product with full confidence. Customer service also comes with being polite, and Havina was extremely polite, kind and patient. Big thanks to her.

From the time I entered the store, the sales personal was at hand to answer all my queries, then I was able to have a moment of my own to make my decision. Great service.

The store managed was very professional and thorough to meet my requests. He was very prompt to help me and spent great quality time to made satisfied. He was also very clear with all the details of products, my order and delivery.

Ricardo went above and beyond my expectations to help us find the right bed, but also help us with an unusual request incase the bed didn’t work out. He solved all our problems and concerns and was fantastic from staff to finish. He is the sole reason I returned to store to order the bed rather than just doing it online.

I spoke to the store manager and they assessed whay type of matress that was good for me using the machine. They also went through the different types of matresses both in and out of my price range and encouraged me to try the different beds so that I could compare.

The sales person Riccardo was excellent. He did everything right - he came to us straight away, showed us all the relevant beds and mattresses, knew well the products, was very pleasant and helpful. Really very happy with his service. We came to have a look and left with the purchase within 45mins. Very good experience.
