Overall we were satisfied with all aspects of of deal. GEORGE in the Finchley Branch was friendly and helpful, and he advised how to look after the item. Also the Delivery Guys were friendly and polite. SO 9 OUT OF 10 is our score

Alistair was great, didn’t initially pressure us when we walked into the store but offered assistance. After we were unsure of exactly what we wanted he couldn’t do enough for us to try and find the mattress we wanted. We ended up trying 7 or 8 with different pillow combinations to find the perfect one. When we’d made our selection he talked us through the finance options clearly and professionally. Couldn’t have asked for more, we were even offered coffee.

George was exemplary in his attention, support, service, knowledge, care and detail. He was polite, accommodating and made us feel very welcome, important and gave us his full attention to ensure we were informed and 100% aware of what was happening and our choices. His attention to detail, time that he afforded us - resulted in us spending money at your business when we were essentially just passing by and fact-finding. George is an asset to your business and I am grateful for his service. Thank you George!

Customer service was excellent. From start to finish

I was treated with friendliness and courtesy. I have not yet received my divan and mattress, but have dealt with Dreams before and have no reason to think there will be any problems. I prefer to deal with local firms, or local branches of larger firms. I find the service is more personal, and any problems are easier to sort out.

We recently visited Dreams Finchley, with my wife to buy a bed and mattress for our new flat. Have to admit we had no idea what a good mattress should be like, or which bed to go for. With the help of Alistair, everything was so much more simple and we ended up purchasing both, with the confidence we did the right choice.
