I purchased my last bed from Dreams same branch over 10 years ago and was pleased with the assistance then. This time round I was amazed at the technology involved. Very impressed.

I like the time spent with me to understand my needs, the assistant wasn't pushy and it wasn't sales orientated. the bed used to determine my perfect mattress was perfect and really helped me make a decision

I was served by Alistair and George. Alistair was on his own temporarily and he was working between serving me and another customer at the same time. When George returned he was brought up to speed and took over processing my sale. Both of them were incredibly helpful and so nice to deal with. Superb embassadors for dreams!

THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED WAS FIRST CLASS FROM BOTH OUR SALESMAN AND HIS COLLEAGUE. THEY WERE VERY WELL INFORMED AND HELPED US CHOOSE THE RIGHT MATTRESS FOR OUR LONG TERM NEEDS. DANIEL WAS VERY FORTHCOMING AND FRIENDLY AND WE ENDED UP BUYING EXTRA PILLOWS AND A MATTRESS TOPPER WE HADN'T GONE INTO THE STORE FOR! ALL IN ALL THE WHOLE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE WAS INDEED A DREAM AND WE WERE MADE TO FEEL EXTREMELY WELCOME ALONG WITH A NICE CUP OF COFFEE ON A WET SUNDAY AFTERNOON. DANIEL ALSO ARRANGED FOR OUR OLD MATTRESS TO BE COLLECTED AT POINT OF DELIVERY. THE COST OF THIS WAS VERY REASONABLE AND TOOK AWAY THE HEADACHE OF HAVING TO DISPOSE OF IT OURSELVES. WE FELT HIS SALES TECHNIQUE WAS JUST PERFECT- NO PUSHINESS. JUST GOOD INFORMATION DELIVERED WITH GENUINE CARE AND ATTENTION AT EVERY POINT OF THE PROCESS. THE GOODS ARRIVED EXACTLY ON TIME. WE ARE BOTH SLEEPING ALOT BETTER ON OUR NEW MATTRESS AND FEEL THE BENEFIT FROM IT ALREADY. THANK YOU DANIEL AND DREAMS.
