George was friendly, knowledgeable and very clear. His service and manner were excellent. Any store would be lucky to have someone like him representing the company and brand. He gave us good advice and completed the process smoothly and also didn’t try to oversell. In short he was first class and I would only ever go back to him for my next purchase

I was attended to quickly and in a friendly and matter of fact manner. I was recommended a service I wasn't expecting (assess my specific needs when it comes to a mattress), was offered a range of choices and offered advice about the difference in specific mattresses. I happened to walk into the store a bit spontaneously, even though I have been meaning to buy a mattress for almost a year but count' quite get round to it. And then while I was waiting for an appointment nearby I decided to walk into the store and within 20-25 minutes I was shown around, given choices, clear information regarding delivery, pick up of the old mattress, everything was paid and sorted. AND it happened to be the last end of 20% discount so it was just a fab all round satisfactory visit. The delivery was super, I got the text and email confirming the slot and the delivery crew helped me put the green package on the old mattress, place the new one on the bed and in 5 minutes it wassail done and dusted.

Staff were highly knowledgeable, listen well to what we wanted made us aware of extra products and services but didn’t labour them after we said that we weren’t interested. Very professional sales approach, not very common nowadays.

We first visited the Chingford Store but found the staff to be too clingy as we walked around the store not giving us time to look around even though that was what we had said we would like to do. We then visited Finchley Dreams and it was a completely different experience - helpful, knowledgable, friendly staff who gave us time to look and think about our choices, nothing was too much trouble. We felt comfortable to ask lots of questions and we were offered refreshments too! Great staff would highly recommend.
