I felt like Ed really knew a lot about the products and the Sleepmatch system was amazing, I had seen the discounted prices online and when I came in store I was able to find the mattress that fitted my price range! Got an absolute bargain! I’d definitely recommend the Fareham store to anyone looking and I’d definitely recommend speaking to Ed as he is very knowledgable, attentive, helpful and friendly!

All staff within the store were approachable and friendly. They were also very understanding when our children became restless and made us all feel comfortable. Julie, in particular, went about and beyond and made what could have been a stressful experience easy and enjoyable.

Ed your sales person was very professional and not at all pushy. He answered all our questions and made us feel confident that the product we were buying was of great quality and at a reasonable price. We spent quite a time in the store by choice to ensure that the bed we were buying was right for us. We left the store having spent a significant amount of money and we were happy with the deal that had been offered. The promise of fast delivery was a pleasant surprise.
