James at the Falkirk branch was highly knowledgeable about all of the products and offers that were available within the store. The bed we initially looked at on the website was no in the store to look at but he showed us the fabric samples and explained the features of the bed we looked at as well with great detail. Friendly, approachable and a credit to the company.

James (369) was super helpful and knowledgeable with the bed I was after. Was able to find other beds that covered all the bases of the Bed I was after despite the bed not being at the store in question. His knowledge and friendly attitude was a huge decider in placing the order in store vs ordering online.
