We were served by Kane. He was obviously very well educated on the science of sleep and the effect a good & poor mattress can have on the quality of your sleep. He was engaging, professional and made it quite clear that there was no pressure to purchase any goods but if we did, then his aim was that we purchase the correct product to best suit out needs.

We were allowed to decide for ourselves what we wanted without undue pressure. Once the decision was made the ordering process was easy.

We were met & greeted by Tatum in the Exeter store. Tatum asked us what we were looking for then took the time to talk through the products, told us about sleepmatch etc. Following our sleep match, Tatum talked us through mattresses suitable for us along with the bases & headboards. Purchase was placed with Tatum 48 hours later once we had measured and agreed on bed. No pressure was placed on us. Tatum is very knowledgeable and a credit to Dreams.
