Staff very friendly (Rob)and did not get pushy. So not like pushy

Greeted at the door, offered coffee and water , used the virtual scanner thing and really well looked after

Dale greeted us in your Exeter store he was polite and really took the time to understand our needs, he put us on your test bed. We got the results and then we laid on a few mattresses and voila, we had ourselves a winner. But seriously the whole team were fantastic.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a very lovely sales assistant. She asked us what we were looking for and understood exactly what we asked for. Showed us a range of products and then gave us space to think and talk about the options. Once we made our decision she explained the delivery process and what would happen next. Offered the recycling program for the old mattress which was very useful as we would be unable to dispose of this ourselves. She was the perfect balance of helpfulness and space.

The assistant was amazing, her help was unbelievable and we bought a bed,mattress and headboard!
