Great customer service - especially impressed that I was offered a bottle of water to help with my frequent hot flushes, which, in combination with mask-wearing, gets claustrophobic. Good to be assisted by someone with some empathy for my condition, Jackie. For me it would have been helpful to have mattresses ordered in store so that soft mattresses were adjacent, not apparently 'scattered around'.

The overall customer experience was first class. We were greeted by Jaccie at the door and after explaining the Covid procedures listened to our wants, came up with a number of options and on listening to her advice we went away to discuss our options. We returned the following day and placed our order with Jaccie. Our customer experience was First class.

From the minute we walked in we were greeted by Jackie and she took ownership of our needs. Was very knowledgable and explained everything perfectly without rushing us into making a decision. Will definitely go back in future.
