Sales person was excellent in his knowledge and expertise

We were greeted by Jackie when we entered the store. She was friendly and helpful. We continued to look around for a bit and then with Jackie's guidance used the sleep match machine. We were impressed with her knowledge of the mattress' and with her pillow advise which we found interesting. She offered us plenty of hot drinks whilst we tried mattress'. Once we had decided on the two mattress' we were going to buy we sat at the counter with Jackie and delighted to find out that both mattress had a further 20% off! Jackie provided excellent customer service, we were very happy customers!

Jackie was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, she listened to our needs and really understood our requirements. She also made us feel relaxed with a delicious cup of tea.

We were well looked after as soon as we entered the store. We were spoken too and the lady left us to browse, there was no following us around the store trying to get a sale. We were left to try out some beds Then we were approached by the store manager who was really helpful asking us what we were looking for, guiding us in the right direction. He handed us over to a sales assistant who was really helpful right to to the end of our purchase. We weren’t felt pressured into anything and they really knew there stuff!! Thanks so much, we ant wait for our new Tempur mattress to arrive!
