Tatum was very helpful and friendly . The whole experience was very satisfactory . Seeing as you spend nearly half your life laying on your bed it is a very important purchase. I have already advised family members to go there to choose their next mattress. Really looking forward to my new mattress arriving. I won’t want to get out of bed!!! 😱😱😱

The staff were friendly but not over-salesy. The rep I spoke to listened to my concerns and addressed them really well. He was personable but professional even though to be frank it is very odd laying in a bed in front of strangers in the middle of a shop...
