The list of mattresses the machine be produced was very accurate. The sales person was extremely knowledgeable and listened to our preferences. Offer of refreshments was welcome, but not needed.

The whole experience was very slick, but the staff (Rob) made it excellent. We arrived at the Exeter store late Friday evening and Rob, despite being on his own and bombarded by 3 or 4 other couples, still managed to greet us and send us on our way testing mattresses whilst we waited for the 'machine'. The 'machine' then confirmed a few choices that we had made prior, and Rob spent a lot of time answering questions and going through the differences. I was still undecided between two of the Tempurs by closing. Rob, without questions, kept the store open whilst we hopped between the two - continually giving us info and answering questions until we ultimately decided on one. I wish I had Rob's patience!

Service was excellent. Friendly people who knew their products.

The assistant (Dale) was very helpful and quickly realised that a survey on the Analyser would guide us in the right direction. We did try several mattresses to find the most suitable firmness and were then able to make the choice. The chosen mattress had to be handmade and would entail a 6-week delivery but when Dale checked supply, there was one in stock and it could be delivered the following Saturday. This did occur as promised and on time.

Rob had extensive product knowledge and advised us of all options available to us for what we were looking. Coffee was offered as well as the sleep system to check which mattress most suited our needs. Rob spent a lot of time with us ensuring we were satisfied. We are a returning customer who only needed to buy a bed frame, however, due to the excellent service, we also purchased a mattress and two tempur pillows.

Staff in store were fantastic and very welcoming. The whole experience was very positive and efficient. I also got a much better deal and experience compared with other stores in the area.

When entering the store we were welcomed and asked if we needed assistance. We said we were happy to look for a while. They were not pushy and left us for a while and then asked again if they could help. We we then taken to the machine to help us select a mattress. We tried a few that were recommended. Salesperson was very knowledgeable which really helped. Drinks were offered etc. Found a mattress and a bed frame. Sorted and really happy.

Dale the assistant was amazing. We bought 1 bed and he found another one that was not in the showroom that fitted our criteria and we bought this one as well. We would not have bought the bed withoughts Dales help and knowledge
