From the moment of entering the store I felt my visit was inportant to the staff member who welcomed me. The attention and information was pitched just right, giving me time to think with no pressure. Tea and mince pies were offered and enjoyed.

Kane gave me his undivided attention from the beginning to the end of the process, asking the lead questions to get me to the right product for me in a timely way. Choosing a bed is not a simple process, but with his guidance I feel I’ve made the right choice.

Didn’t fell under any pressure, Robert took his time helping us to understand what we actually want and led us to three options and left us to spending time trying them out allowing a low pressure decision

The staff were helpful and knowledgable. The store was well set out with many beds and mattresses on show. The whole process was completed quickly and efficiently.

Very happy with the service given. Steve's approach was just right. Very professional. Readily understood my needs and advised appropriately and obviously had the right degree of expertise and understanding of the products on sale. Made the sale fun with no pressure whatsoever to buy etc., very professional service would not hesitate to recommend your organisation and will certainly be happy to visit your store again. We were not pressurised at any time and were left on our own at appropriate times The different types of mattress were explained clearly

High grade salesman, knowledgeable, friendly, prepared to give time. Listened well. His name is Kane. He is a great ambassador in your Exeter store.

The sales person (Claire) was helpful and friendly but not ‘pushy’.

So we first visited the Exeter Store and spoke with Kane in September 2018 but we were moving house and decided to wait until after we moved. Kane in that occasion had excellent product knowledge and we spent 2 hours going through all the options. We returned to the store today and purchased a tempur mattress with Kane.. again the level of customer service was excellent, we did not take the quote and details with us. So when we got home we noticed we did not buy the right mattress we went back to the store and spoke with Rob the manager who changed the order with no problems or issues. The purchase of the wrong mattress was nothing to do with the sales staff but us not spending enough time lying on the mattresses again. Although plenty of time was given to us. On the three visits we have made to the store, we have experienced first class service some all members of staff. Everyone is very pleasant and nice and we would not hesitate to recommend the store to friends and family in future. When we need a new mattress for our spare bed we will be visiting you again. Thank you for the excellent service
