Steve was very knowledgeable. We were offered tea and coffee. The store was very busy as it was during the sale but we were able to speak to a member of staff. We appreciated being left alone to try the tempur mattresses and discuss our finances without feeling pressured.

Jacqueline was very helpful and polite as a sales person. also she was very good at explaining about the product. We would recommend dreams in the near future to all our family & friends.

Claire was extremely knowledgeable and personable. It was like talking to a friend, didn't feel awkward getting on the beds and she really listened to what we required.

The service that I received was brilliant. Claire spent time making sure that I purchased the right products for me. The choice was huge and I felt that I made a really informed decision. Claire really listened to me and at not point pushed me into buying. I had also been into a competitor's showroom and Dreams was by far better. I would highly recommend Dreams in Exeter.

Very helpful and friendly

Staff were friendly, we had our small children with us and they did everything they could to accommodate us. We were offered drinks and staff were quick to respond to us in the store. The staff were knowledgeable and didn’t force any type of sell tactics, instead, the offered advise and directed us to products that suited both our needs and our budget.
