Dreams - Exeter

We went to the store with an idea of what we wanted. We were greeted by very friendly staff and offered a hot drink on arrival. A member of staff chatted to us about what we wanted then directed us to the relevant products. He was very knowledgeable about the products, very patient with us and also made us take time, looking and testing the mattresses. We never felt hassled or that we had to buy a particular thing in order to make a purchase. He had a sense of humour too, which helped us enjoy the shopping experience, that could have been very frustrating and tedious.

Claire (whom we didn't know prior to our visit- we're not from Exeter) was extremely helpful, talking us through the options and spending time assisting us throughout. Very, very good customer service.

The staff were very busy but still made time to check that I could find what I was looking for , even the Xmas temp staff went the extra mile to find answers to my questions

Was greeted with a friendly smile & a happy new year by Jackie , was offered a tea or coffee ,was shown a very high selection on beds , tryed a few was also given a suitable pillow which helped , Jackie understood what I was looking for as my health isn’t brilliant I have both hips replaced so the mattress I was looking for had to be just right

Steve was excellent in all respects and the other staff were also pleasant and helpful. We appreciated the advice, no pressure to buy and the hot drinks.

The sales assistant was very helpful, pointing out the beds that would be most suitable to my needs and preferences. This helped greatly in choosing the right bed by eliminating the ones that were not suitable and saving time. I did not feel rushed into my purchase and was allowed plenty of time to try the beds without interference. An excellent shopping experience.
