Dreams - Exeter

We arrived slightly before the store was due to open but we were kindly invited in to browse. We were helped by Kane who was polite friendly and very informative. We had three young children with us but staff kept them occupied with colouring and drink while we browsed. We were given coffee and a pillow to use to try out the beds. The service was excellent.

Kane greeted us promptly on entering the store and was very knowledgeable about the products. He was also very well informed regarding meeting the needs of certain medical conditions. He was very friendly and approachable, showed interest and built rapport.

From before we even walked in the door the process was easy. We parked right outside, entered the store and were greeted by a lady who offered us tea or coffee but not in a pushy way - I hate being bombarded and being given the hard sell! She left us alone to have a look round before another colleague came and spoke to us about what we were looking for and pointed us int he right direction of matresses to try. He left us to try them - great, no-one breathing down our necks. As we were trying them another colleague - Kane - came over to see how we were getting on and explained the different types of mattress and how they were made up and worked. Really interesting and we were impressed with his knowledge. He was super friendly and chatted to us while we were trying mattresses and recommended some other mattresses to try. Not over salesy at all which my partner and both prefer. The products speak for themselves but the friendly, knowledgable staff and the non salesy atmosphere made choosing a mattress a much more pleasant experience. Dreams was the first place we looked and we had intended to try some other retailers but we had such a good experience we decided to buy from Kane.

The level of customer service delivered by Claire was outstanding. She was incredibly personable and respected my space when browsing the store but was suitably attentive when she could see I was struggling to come to a decision. Her genuine nature is what made me make a decision on the spot, I felt suitably informed about the products and was not bombarded with excessive technical terminologies. I can't thank nor recommend Claire enough, she was brilliant. Also the camaraderie between the staff was great and ensured the purchasing process was comfortable - I find that bit can sometimes be awkward but certainly not here.

The salesman was knowledgeable, friendly and very efficient.

From the moment we walked into the Exeter store , we were greeted with happy smiley staff. The staff made us feel very welcome with tea/coffee + Bisciuts / mince pies witch was a lovely touch . The staff were very helpful and knowledgable about there products . Unfortunately we had to amend our order again staff were so helpful . We Would recommend dreams to my family and friends .
