Dreams - Exeter

We were greeted shortly after entering dreams and asked if we needed assistance but didn't feel pounced upon. Steve gave us his name and said he was around if needed, allowed to look at our leisure initially. He was polite, informative and very helpful.

For our feedback we wrote a poem :) On a cold bright January day, A girl called Kat and a guy called Kay, Were in search of a mattress within their means, They set their hopes on a shop called Dreams. And as they came through the shop door, A man called Steve called from the shop floor, "Can I help you find a mattress fit for a Queen? Tempur is the best, you’ll see what I mean". And Steve was right, they sunk right in, This mattress is fit for a Queen AND a King, Steve sorted them out with a pillow as well, And into a deep Dream-y sleep they fell.

I had already reasearched online. Just wanted to have a look. Showroom was well set out. Beds dressed well. Staff available. I don't like to be harassed, so would have liked to be left alone until I asked for help - but I understand how it works!

The service was speedy and knowledgeable with excellent alternatives provided where necessary.

Greeted by very friendly staff and made to feel welcome. Given a thorough explanation of products available and ones which would suit our needs. Allowed plenty of time to try many of the products and whilst the staff were very helpful, they were not pressurising at all allowing us time on our own to discuss.

Very helpful assistant, knowledgable and efficient . Did not hurry us. Good value products.

Jackie and Rob were vey helpful and attentive to our needs, And the coffee was good also

The asssistant was very helpfull & friendly. I saw the mattress online first before going to the store. I like the fact that it was free delivery even though i live over 20 miles away. I only had to wait less than 2 weeks for delivery

We were served by Carl, he was interested, not pushy and knew your products and how to steer us to fill our needs. he was able to advise us on the many beds and mattresses that you stocked, which ones would be best suited to our needs but offering new options which hadn't occured to us which was helpful. Carl was a real credit to your business and a refreshing change to so many other high street experiences. He followed through with excellent skills when taking our order. I would seek out Carl for his knowledge and advise in the future.

Kane was very helpful and knowledgeable
