Steve was very helpful, but not intrusive during our visit, and in enabling us to make a decision and purchase. We were offered tea. All questions were answered.

I was shown and ordered very quickly what I was looking for to alleviate my problems.

Upon arrival my partner and I were quickly greeted by customer assistant Jackie. Jackie was friendly from the start and made the overall process very personable. It was apparent that Jackie was knowledgeable compared to a rival store I visited just before. Jackie was quick to discuss my options and provided us with pillows, and relevant information. She then offered us a hot drink each and let us test a few beds, she came over periodically to see if we wanted any assistance, which was nice as she didn't make us feel pressured. Jackie was able to answer any questions I had with a comprehensive answer. The store itself was nice and clean, there were plenty of well spaced out beds to try, and toilet facilities.
