The staff have always been really helpful. He discussed my needs and suggested the best beds for my needs. Just taking the time and trouble to find out why I wanted a certain mattress, and showing me similar ones at different prices. Altogether good experience coming to the store at alphington.

As a trained salesperson myself, it was easy to see all the sales strategies in action. I loved it! The moment I was offered coffee, I knew I'd buy a bed. I still had three other bed shops on my list!. Kane was just great. Knowledgeable, well trained and personable.

When I arrived a salesman ran over to open the the door for us as he saw I am disabled. Steve our salesman couldn't have been more helpful. He made us tea and showed us everything we needed and was was so funny and friendly.
