Faultless shopping experience.

We visited the store twice; on our return the lady remembered what we had asked previously, what we were looking for and was able to help with all our questions and queries. Very knowledgeable about the product, very efficient when placing the order on the system and very friendly and helpful.

The salesman greeted me. Offered my daughter and I a drink. Used his knowledge to make sure I purchased exactly what I wanted and was extremely professional, friendly and took his time to make sure I was happy. I don't think I have ever had such a positive shopping experience

As soon as I entered the shop I had assistance straight away. They assessed my needs and helped with the finding of the perfect product. Everything was explained in detail and not pushed on us at all. We was offered a drink in our visit and couldn't fault the staff in any way. Very helpful and very friendly. Would recommend this store to anyone!

The salesperson was knowledgeable, patient and explained clearly, also encouraging us to try the mattreses. He taught us a few things about differences.

The lady assistant was charming,polite knowledgeable and very helpful.There was a good display of mattresses which I could try out and am very happy with my purchase which had a very good price reduction.
