Dreams - Exeter

My husband suffers from Parkinsons so is very unsteady and has very slow movements Steve the assistant at the Rugby branch was patient .helpful and very kind .It actually turned out to be a very pleasant experience .We left the building feeling very happy and satisfied with the product and the visit . We certainly wont be going any where else in the future .

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store and offered assistance. We had seen a mattress online and Steve took us straight to it. We were able to try it out and compare it to others that were similar. Steve made us both a drink and after explaining everything to us left us to make a decision. He kept on popping back to check that we didn't have any questions. Steve was very friendly and we didn't feel at all pressured into making a decision. The whole experience was an extremely pleasant one and I would happily recommend Steve and the team from Dreams in Exeter. We are very much looking forward to receiving our new matress :-)

On the 25th of October2018 24hours after my husband had died at home on a hospital type bed supplied by NHS I had the sad task of replacing the mattress for our marital bed which had been destroyed earlier in his Illness. The person who guided and supported me with kindness and sensitivity on that sad morning was Carl. Yesterday I went back to your store because of Carl. I am still quite fragile but not so frail as to spot your TV add (while watching rugby) saying your sale ended today. I need two new single beds and mattresses for my spare bedroom. I felt very nervous going back to Dreams and rang ahead and asked if Carl (also known as Kane) was there. From the moment I entered the store he gently and kindly gave me sensible and practical advise on buying the new beds. He and his very kind manager were wonderful. I am not exaggerating. I have had appalling treatment as a widow by high street banks, insurance company's etc but Carl and his manager who varied a cabinet to my car are good and decent people. Dreams are more than just a bedding company to me because of them. Thank you Dreams
