Both my partner and I were highly satisfied with this order simply because it was a relaxed environment, no pushy salespeople, Kane was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Family friendly too so it made the visit that little bit easier with a kid that gets bored easily. There was plenty of options to choose from in the store, and with the help of Kane it was easy to find a mattress to both of our needs.

From the moment I entered the shop, I was helped by your assistant. I explained what I needed and he explained everything about the mattress that would be best for me. I would recommend anyone to visit rather that buy online, it’s the only way to get what you really need and is best for you.

The salesman Steve knew exactly which mattress needed for the arthritis I have in my back and hip, he aloud me to lie on the Tempur Cooltouch Cloud Elite mattress for about 5 minutes while he made me a lovely cup of tea, there was no pressure to buy as we chatted, but I knew it was the mattress I wanted , I can recommend Dream to anyone needing advice.

I had a couple of specific requirements and whilst the assistant showed me three products, they were spot on with the first product.

Customer service was very good. Salesperson was very polite, confident and knowledgable on all the products my husband and myself viewed. All our questions were satisfactorily answered installing confidence in the products on offer.

Our experience at Dreams was pleasant and enjoyable ,My husband is a sufferer of Parkinsons so therefore is often very unsteady when experiencing things in public , the attendant dealing with our order was most helpful and kind and his behaviour towards his situation was the main reason we decided that Dreams was the place we wanted to deal with . Thanks to Steve what I thought would be a very difficult time was in fact completely different.
