We were Highly Satisfied because we found everything we needed the quality of the mattresses and beds etc. We’re extraordinary. The workers were very understandable with what we needed they had patience and they were listening very carefully to what we wanted and they made sure to show us the closest thing that they had which was closest to our needs. They were friendly and they were cheering you up with every occasion they had.

Friendly helpful staff, the staff were available but didn’t crowd us like other shops do. lots of options within the store. All staff were understanding with our two children.

Steve was a great help and a great laugh.

To me you can judge a company and its representatives is how it and they deal with an issue. In my case I had an issue with a previous product purchased relatively recently with which I was disappointed although out of warranty they have been fantastic dealing with me respectfully and with consideration. Steve at the Exeter Branch and Noreen on the helpline absolutely fantastic. I have recommended some neighbours to go down to the shop and ask for Steve.

The approach by the store colleagues appeared to be very professional and helpful, as I had not bought a mattress for several years, this was appreciated.

The store was easy to find and also to park. Carl, the assistant was friendly and knew his stuff when it came to mattresses. He determined quite quickly what our requirements were and showed us our options. Importantly, he knew when to leave us alone to try out the choices and discuss privately how we felt about each mattress. Once we had decided he made the purchase simple and straightforward, even offering us a tea/coffee.

Kane, served us today: greeted us warmly, and was very knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, gave us assistance when needed but at the same time gave us space to make up our mind. At no stage did we feel pressurised to buy. We were provided with pillows when testing the various mattresses. The coffee was very welcome too.
