Made to feel valued the instance we walked through the door. Steve our salesman was very knowledgeable, understood my Mums needs and directed us to what he believed would be the best product for us.

The items I had seen on the website were in store, at the sale price stated online. We were only there a few moments before Jacqueline came and offered us some help. She gave us some good advice about our options (a double bed for a slightly overweight married couple, and a single bed for a skinny 14 year old) and there were options that suited both our needs within the sale. Once we decided, ordering was quickly done, and we even got a cup of tea. Using the special offer we got the insurance and a mattress cover for each bed on a "buy one get one free" basis. I would liked delivery a little quicker than 2 weeks, but it's not too bad. Overall a good shopping experience. Of course we don't have the beds yet, so come and ask us again in a couple of weeks!

Jackie from the moment we walked in was very friendly and non pushy. She went above and beyond with her customer service and initially took the time to idea of what we were after and our budget work around. She is a great asset to your company. The other staff were very friendly and very informative.

We were originally shopping for supportive pillows as advised by my partners chiropractor as my partner has been suffering with a painful neck but after speaking with Jackie and Rob, and some cups of tea, it became apparent that our mattress may not be helping the issue. Both Jackie and Rob were very helpful, we didn't feel rushed or pressured and we were really pleased with the outcome.

We were greeted by Rob who asked us what product we were looking for and pur needs from this product. He then took us to the mattress we asked for and was highly informative..We had a laugh together and then placed our order and picked a delivery date.We were offered a drink while we were waiting and also purchased pillows after great recommendation .We would definitely return to the store in the future and tell family and friends.

The mattresses have easy to understand labelling using the colour system and clear product information. The store is light and the bed are well spaced out so that you feel comfortable trying them out without having other people around you or close by you. The staff on both occasions that we visited were friendly and often help and support. I particularly like the option of paying for collection and re delivery if the mattress is not right as it is a high cost item that you want to get right.

Extremely helpful sales assistant called Claire at your Exeter branch who was quick, very efficient and knew her product. We were very impressed and came out feeling very satisfied.

The salesman named kane in the exeter depot was the best salesman i have ever come across never tried to push me in to buying anything and was so helpful ! Would like to pass a personal thanks to him after i received such poor service in bensons for beds 10 mins previous !

Lots of choice, brilliant staff, colouring to occupy the children, good prices.

We were immediately welcomed by Kane as we entered the Exeter store. He listened to our requirements and my husband's medical history and subsequently provided us with three different bed options to try. I always feel awkward trying out beds in a store. I felt Kane was aware of this without my having to say; leaving us to try the beds he recommended and coming back to ask if we were alright / our thoughts on that particular bed, after a short time. He also seemed very knowledgeable as to his products, in what we should be looking for in a bed, to obtain a good night's sleep.
