We thought Cain was very Abel (sorry, dreadful pun) - he was knowledgeable, gentle and confidence without being pushy in the slightest.

Jackie was amazing she was very helpful and listened to my needs. She remembered me the next day when I returned and wasn’t pushy with making a sale

The assistant (Steve) was friendly, very helpful and professional and was a credit to your store. We came in to look but because of the way we were treated ended up purchasing a new bed. An altogether good experience!

We were not pressured in any way, and left to look at product in our own time. The sales man, Steve, was very helpful when we asked questions and very knowledgeable on the product. We were given a cup of coffee when we were discussing all aspects of the product and finance available to us.

We just intended to have a browse. The assistants were welcoming and helpful. The lady showed us the range of bed heads we was interested in and 5 minutes later bought two. Happy to complete transactions in under 15 minutes. Will be looking at new mattresses later on.

This was due to having such an excellent salesman, (Kane) was just so helpful and friendly, plus had all the time in the world for us.
