The assistant who helped me (Kane) was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Excellent sales person . Didn't feel rushed and we were given plenty of time to try different options. He listened to our particular requirements and guided us to try more than one combination of bed/matress on display.

Have used dreams for a number of years now and have always been pleased with the beds. Have always been met with friendly and helpful staff. At this store was met by a very friendly lady and understood straight away what I wanted, she even phoned the last store I used to check what the last mattress was that I bought, as I wanted the same again and could not remember the name of it. She spent time helping me decide what I needed, with regard to headboard etc, a lovely shopping experience.

Kane was welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable about the various products and was able to explain in layman's language the technical features of the beds.

Kane , the salesman, was extremely helpful. He di not leave me to wander around aimlessly but approached me and politely enquired from me what I was looking for which was a replacement spare room bed. He asked relevant questions, listened to my answers and effectively explained the options. It meant the process was quick and efficient. I was also very pleased to be able to view the available delivery dates on the screen, much clearer for the customer.

We went to the Exeter store and Kane was brilliant, really helpful and knowledgeable but not pushy. We started with explaining our needs then did the bed thing to help determine what might work for us. Kane then went through the results and answered our many questions. We were then left to have a go and a thunk by ourselves and came back to Kane to determine our decision. Couldn’t have been better service.

We had really good service from Jackie at Exeter Marsh Barton Dreams. She talked us through the various options for beds and mattresses. We tried out the technology which recommended different mattresses whicch was extremely useful. Jackie did everything she could to accommodate our needs and when we weren’t able to get the bed frame in the fabric and colour we wanted she found us an alternative online which we loved even more!
