Steve took the the time to say hello and understand our needs and budget and took us to the beds in our price range. Offerd us a cup of tea and gave us a few minutes to test the bed without any pressure, he then suggested to try some pillows in combination with the bed, he took the time to build rapport after we had looked at some beds, he then suggested using the sleep analysis machine which confirmed our thoughts on what bed to use. Steve was freindly and didnt put us any pressure to purchce anything and was genuine and showed excellent product knowledge.

I called in the store in the morning and was cheerfully greeted by Stephen, his knowledge of the Tempur mattresses was very helpful. He gave me a brochure and pointed out in it the various options, which was very helpful. I returned later with my husband. Stephen welcomed us and invited us to try out the mattresses explaining the differences and to take our time, with no pressure from him (once again offering refreshments). Stephens explanations helped us to make an informed decision. He explained the price, the free pillows which was marvelous and offered us a choice of delivery dates which was excellent and great to be so quick, next week! wonderful. We really appreciated his attention, attitude and professionalism.

The customer adviser, listened to my needs, had a good knowledge of the products in the showroom, showed me the bed that I had asked for. Adviser was welcoming and helpful but not overbearing, if an adviser is pushy I will walk out of a store without making a purchase.

on entering the store greeted by Stephen who made us feel extremely welcome, and at ease offering us to look around, take our time and sharing his thoughts and vast knowledge without being pushy. We carried out the computerised sleep test which informed us of what gauge of mattress would suit us.Steve then showed us several mattress that suited our sleep test and we tried many .

The sales assistant took time to understand our requirements and what sort of style my son was looking for. We were showwd various options of mattresses and felt we came to an informed decision that suited both budget and style requirements.

Great service

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store, we asked for what we needed and was shown to a number of beds and told to try as many as we wanted until satisfied as to our needs and choice. The lady then asked is that what we want or would you like time to talk it over between ourselves, then left us for a while to do so . As soon as we were sure we then proceeded to pay for said. On sitting down to complete sale we were given all options available and then the lady ,Jackie , proceeded to gather a few items and said that they were a gift for shopping there . WELL IMPRESSED.

Steve at the Exeter branch was WONDERFUL, he was beyond kind and helpful. He took a lot of time to ensure that we left with a great deal and a wonderful mattress. He was very thorough and explained the benefits of all the products. We will certainly be back for the beds for our guest bedrooms!
